The hotel had breathtaking lake views, a serene setting, and beautiful sunsets. The room was lovely with a great view of the lake and mountains. The spa and swimming facilities were available, although I didn't use them. The nearby local themed restaurant was a delightful dining option.

From my room, I enjoyed a mesmerizing view of the lake and the distant mountains, especially as the sun set in the evening. The view from the room was impressive, we could see the mountains and the lake perfectly. Plus, the location was excellent, a great spot for a romantic escape. the spa facilities were relaxing and enjoyable.
Our stay turned out to be disappointing. the staff was not friendly, and they showed poor customer service skills.

The hotel's location, close to a large lake, was perfect for a peaceful and serene escape. The staff were friendly and accommodating to all our needs.

No tea or coffee making facilities on the room. Check-in took a long time and the staff were unhelpful.
